尊敬的各位领导、老师：

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《责任与使命》。

花的责任是散发芬芳，鸟的责任是飞扬歌声，树的责任是营造绿荫。生活中的每一个人，也都有自己的所应该承担的责任。给人责任，也就给了信任和真诚，有了责任，也就成就了尊严和使命。

十几年前，我带着对新生活的憧憬，带着教书育人的职业使命，走到了讲台这一方土天地间。一千多个日日夜夜已悄然逝去，曾经的我默默的下定决心，一定要在自己的事业上有所成就，我要用心来对待我的工作，用自己的方式诠释我对教育的理解，也就是带着这种信念和决心，几年来我对工作可谓是一丝不苟，勤勤恳恳。对待任何工作我都充满着热情，学校给予的各种机会我都牢牢把握。无数个白天黑夜，我远离了喧嚣人群，多少个宁静的夜晚，我安于寂寞，笔耕不辍。有时，为了备好一堂课，我认真钻研教材好几遍；有时，为了准备一篇论文，我翻阅大量书籍，不断学习新知，提升教育理念；有时，为了写好一则报道，对简单的几十个字我反复琢磨，细细推敲；也有时，为了完成上级交给的紧急任务，我加班加点直到雄鸡报晓。更有时为了辅导学生的比赛放弃无数个中午和休息日，只为完成我自己的使命。

还依稀记得前几年的那次小学英语歌咏歌谣比赛，那是我第一次辅导学生比赛。出于对职业的这份责任心，我给了自己压力，从接到通知的那一刻，我就开始张罗。于是几乎所有的空余时间，我都在苦思冥想，构思，选曲，选人每一个细节我都力求做到最完美。三年级的孩子懂的英语实在是太少，我没法将歌词复印给他们自己去背，只能对着10个孩子一个单词一个单词地教。但是让我最困惑的不是这个，而是没有时间给我们排练，很多次都要我一个个教室的去找人，等别的组都训练完了我们再抓紧时间排练一会儿。跟本不会唱歌的我却让她们一句一句跟着我唱直到熟练为止，更不善于跳舞的我却要自创队型，自编动作，一遍一遍地教，一个一个动作细扣。奇怪的是我一点也不感觉到累，反倒觉得和这群孩子一起排练的日子很幸福，只有在那个时候我才能觉得这群孩子是属于我的，我喜欢那种感觉。这就是我，一个普通的小学英语老师，我没有力量去改变什么，但我希望能把自己的能力发挥到极致。我会不厌其烦的跟学生强调英语的重要性，只是真心的希望他们能为初中的学习打下更好的基础；我也会花上两个星期的时间，记住所教班级的学生的名字，只是希望能更快的了解他们；我还会一次次向领导提出建议，以期用我微弱的力量来改变学生英语学习的现状，因为这是我——一个平凡的小学英语教师的使命。

责任与使命——是你成熟的标志和跨进成功大门的门票，责任是永生的动力，持续的激情。三尺讲台啊，如果只为一时的冲动，谁会走向你？如果只为一时的好奇，谁会留恋你？对你的虔诚，注定我要在你那尺方的天地，作永生的战斗。

This summer holiday, I visited toBeijingwith my aunt. We visited to manyfamous places, such as Tian’anMen Square, theImperialPalace, theSummerPalace,the Great Wall and so on. Before that, I just saw them on TV, but this summerholiday they were all in front of my eyes. I was so exciting. Among them, I liketheSummerPalacethe most, because it’s so amazing and the scenery is verybeautiful. Besides,Beijingis a modern city. There are many tall buildings. Ilike this city very much and I hope I can visit there again.

Yesterday was Saturday. It should be a leisurely day, but I was busyyesterday. I got up at eight o'clock and then I ate breakfast. After breakfast,my mother and I went to the downtown to do some shopping. We went to thedepartmen store, because my mother wanted to buy clothes for my father. And thenwe went to supermarket. I like going to supermaket because I can buy many snacksthere. However, when we were in supermarket, my father called my mothersuddenly. My aunt visited us! Then, we just bought some foods and went home by ataxi. When we got home, it was already four o'clock. Therefore, we had tostarted to prepare for the dinner. My aunt said that she would stay in my homefor several days. I was very happy,because I like to stay with my aunt and I didnot see her for a long time. Although I was busy yesterday, I was veryhappy.

He says to the crow," how pretty you are! You are the prettytiest bird intheworld. all the animals like you." The crow is very pleased by this words,then the fox speaks again,"I can see your beautiful face, but I can't hear yourbeautiful voice. Can you sing a song for me?"

This makes the crow very happy. She opens her mouth and sings a song. whenshe opens her mouth, she drops the meat the fox picks up the meat and goesaway.

After being cheated of the meat by the fox, the crow stood on the branchand scolded for three days and three nights.

Since then, crows are very wary of foxes, afraid of being cheatedagain.

One day, the crow found a piece of meat. It took the meat in its mouth andstopped on the branch to rest.
